Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 August 2026

ClientPlus (“ClientPlus”, “we”, “us”) is a time-tracking and client-analytics application used by consulting teams. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. ClientPlus is provided to members of the organizations that license it; it is not a consumer service.

Information we collect

  • Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile image to create and identify your account.
  • Work data you enter. Time entries, tasks, client and scope records, notes and related information you or your organization create in the app.
  • Google Calendar (optional). If you choose to connect your calendar, we request read-only access to your calendar events (event title, time, duration and attendees) solely to help you turn meetings into time entries. We do not modify your calendar and we do not read events unless you open the calendar feature.

How we use your information

  • To provide, secure and operate the ClientPlus service for your organization.
  • To create time entries you choose to log from calendar events.
  • To produce dashboards, analytics and reports for your organization.

Google user data & Limited Use

ClientPlus’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Calendar data accessed through Google APIs is used only to provide the calendar-to-time-entry feature you initiate, is never sold, is never used for advertising, and is not transferred to others except as necessary to provide the service, for security, or to comply with law.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data you enter is visible within your organization according to its roles and permissions. We use service providers (such as hosting and database infrastructure) that process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

Retention & security

We retain your data for as long as your organization maintains its account, and we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. You may disconnect Google Calendar at any time from within the app, which revokes our access.

Your choices

You can disconnect calendar access in the app and can ask your organization’s administrator to correct or delete your data. To make a request directly, contact us using the details below.
