Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ClientPlus (the “Service”). By accessing the Service you agree to them. ClientPlus is made available to members of organizations that license it.

Use of the Service

• You must access the Service only with an account authorized by your organization.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping it secure.
• You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or access data you are not authorized to access.

Your data

Data you and your organization enter remains owned by your organization. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Connecting Google Calendar is optional and grants read-only access used only to create time entries you initiate; you can disconnect it at any time.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but provide it on an “as is” basis without warranties. We may update, suspend or discontinue features.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ClientPlus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
